Return to the Pelvis

Coming home to yourself.

Sinking into your Pelvis.

Living from your truth.

There is a place in your body that has always known.

That sensed when something wasn't right.

That withdrew when the world demanded too much.

This is the invitation to return.

Gently. At your own pace. Home.

2-DAY JOURNEY · Return to the Pelvis

 March/April 2027

---

For women who feel it is time to stop surviving

and return to their life force, gentleness, and inner freedom.

---

There is a place within you that has not been learned — but lived.

A place that knows. That remembers. That feels.

That doesn't care about how things 'should' be.

In this two-day retreat, I invite you to return. Not to fix anything.

Not to get better. But to sink into what is already there.

We move. We breathe. We feel.

We meet what lives within you — including what you may have hidden away for a long time.

Gentle. Honest. At your own pace.

More information to follow soon!

Why Return to the Pelvis?

For 20 years, I lived and worked in various foreign countries. I worked with women from different cultures, religions, and backgrounds.

In all those countries, I saw the same movement in many women. Different cultures, different religions, different expectations — but everywhere that same movement: upwards, away from the belly, away from the pelvis, into the world, often on terms that were not their own.

The form differed. The story was the same.

And yes, I certainly recognize it in myself as well. That deep layer that I only reached in specific moments — via the sea, via orgasms, and other experiences — but could not hold onto. Until I learned how to get there myself. Not through something or someone outside of me. But by sinking down. That is what I do. And where I guide other women into.

Beyond religion, culture, and systems

Looking back at my own path and that of all these beautiful women, I keep asking myself: where does it come from, this climbing out of our pelvis? It is so interwoven into our societies. In the norms and values of the various systems of which we are a part.

Religion. Culture. Upbringing. Colonialism. They have all played a role in the female 'disempowerment'.

And yet… this path, the path of Return to the Pelvis, ultimately goes beyond that as well. Beyond what you have learned. Beyond who you think you must be. Back to the body. Back to the field. Back to the holding that has always been there.
