Rebalancing is about learning to listen to your body. Your body is the entrance to the deeper layers of your consciousness. Through loving, attentive, playful, gentle, deep, curious touch, I invite you to meet yourself precisely where you are, without judgment and without the desire to change anything.

Your story

Deeply stored within the cells of your body is your entire life’s history, in the form of memories, fears, tensions, encounters, desires, traumas, patterns and beliefs. Your body 'remembers', from the moment you were in your mother's womb.

Often we tend to push away, numb or ignore physical and/or emotional pain (desires, love, fear, sadness, anger and more). You do not really listen to the signals of your body, to that voice deep down inside that tells you to stop, do it differently, be gentle, set boundaries, etc. By ignoring those signals, you deny the part of yourself, which is screaming for attention.
