Touch is a basic need and vital to us humans! Touch releases oxytocin, the “happiness hormone” and thus creates a feeling of happiness.


Many people prefer to keep distance, stop touching each other and are sometimes even afraid of vicinity. The result is stress, sadness, fear, anger, and loneliness. Sometimes words fall short but there is so much to feel.
